We started this exciting journey in 2016 and have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of homeowners and Realtors each year to assist them with preparing and staging their properties for sale. Because we truly believe in what we do, we are dedicated to our clients by staying current on Real Estate trends and changes; following top industry standards and best practices; and we pride ourselves on our annual 250+ credits of Continuing Education. In addition, we are Elite Members of the Home Staging & ReDesign Association, where we attend multiple events every year plus we speak, teach, and lead others in the home staging industry.

Hey there, happy nesters! My name is Ashley Fuentes. I am a native Houstonian and I currently reside just north of The Woodlands, Texas in an amazing community called Woodforest. I have lived around the Houston area including Spring, The Woodlands, West Chase District, and West University areas my entire life (30-something years) so I am very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate happenings. I love the fast pace city, but I also love the laid back and relaxing lifestyle that the suburbs like The Woodlands and Montgomery have to offer.
I grew up in my family’s business, making cookies from the time I was 5 years old. I love all things sweet! From there, I started an event planning company where I planned and designed hundreds of weddings and corporate events. With over 10 years experience in event design, event planning, and customer service, I decided to put my knowledge to work in the real estate industry helping homeowners, real estate agents, brokers, investors and home flippers prepare their homes for sale with my home staging and design expertise.
I have a beautiful 7 year old daughter and an amazing husband who supports me in everything I love to do! Family is always our number one priority, so we love to take time every day to spend quality time together whether it’s during dinner, reading a book together, watching our favorite movies, or just relaxing. Beyond our home staging business, my husband and I are also real estate investors / flippers. My husband owns a residential and commercial construction company, so we can very easily tie in our construction experience, home design and staging knowledge together to bring our clients a seamless service, whether selling or renovating their homes. We love working together whether we are helping others get their home ready for sale, design someone’s dream home, or rehabbing our own project!
Lead Home Stager & Warehouse Coordinator
Hi, I’m Angela Booth, Staging The Nest’s Lead Home Stager and Warehouse Coordinator. I have been working with Staging The Nest since Mid-August 2017. Home Staging has been a fun transition, as I have a Visual Merchandising and Interior Design background.
Those that know me would tell you I was born an old soul, which is seen in the way I design spaces for clients. I forgo over the top accessories and color and instead rely on the beauty of the home’s architecture. While studying interior design I learned to make interior spaces functional, safe and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decor items, such as color, lighting, and materials. I have a background in visual merchandising where I had the ability to drive brands forward through innovative visual schemes and concepts. A home to me is a narrative of peoples’ lives, so I design to make their aspirations possible. Whether I’m working with a client to organize their home, assisting in the design process for building or renovations, or preparing clients’ homes for sale with our staging services, my goal is always the same – to deliver high impact creative solutions.
Assistant Home Stager & Sales Coordinator
Hello, my name is Stephanie Miller and I am a home stager with Staging the Nest. I moved to Texas when I was four years old so I consider myself all things Texas! I grew up in Champions and have fond memories of touring model homes and open houses with my dad. This is where my passion for home design/decor began. I moved to The Woodlands, after graduating college (Hook ‘em), and have lived here for 20 years. My husband and I have been married for 16 years and have 2 precious girls.
I am a former teacher and one of my favorite parts was decorating and organizing my classroom each year. During my freetime I began painting furniture to continue to feed my creative side. Through this business I would also help clients envision a functional yet warm space around their updated pieces. This led me wanting to do more than just paint the furniture but really bring the whole room together. I began staging in the spring of 2019 and have loved every minute of it. My passion is marrying the character of a home with just the right accessories as well as adding texture. Spaces can be transformed through lighting, pops of color, and decluttering whether staging or designing.
Outside of staging you can find me shuffling my girls to their various activities or watching HGTV together. I enjoy cooking, taking fitness classes, and bargain hunting for just the right piece!
