First we begin with our Walk & Talk Consultation in order to determine if your home will need a quick styling package, or a half or full day of home staging. Then we will determine what items in your home will be utilized and if you need any additional decor items to complete the staging look. On your staging day, we will use your accessories and furniture to create the model home look in order to appeal to potential home buyers in your area.
In addition, we offer accessory and furniture package add-ons to our clients who need to supplement items throughout their home. We will create a customized staging package based on your home’s needs with easy and convenient terms.
Occupied Home Staging Packages
- 2 Hour Photo Prep & Styling Service: You get two stagers for up to two hours, for only $399! We will make modifications in key areas of your home in order to prepare it for photos and MLS Listing. We focus our attention to the areas that will impact buyers the most in order to generate more interest and offers.
- Half Day Staging Service: You get two home stagers for up to four hours, for only $699! Our staging team will transform your home for up to 4 hours to create the model home look. We will maximize the charm in each room in order to appeal to a larger number of potential buyers!
- Full Day Staging Service: You get two home stagers for up to eight hours, for only $1,199! With a full day of transformations, we will give your home a completed design that buyers will fall in love with. These transformations will help you receive more offers and get your home sold quickly!
- Accessory & Furniture Package Options: Are you in need of additional artwork or accessories to complete the staged look in your home? Not to worry, Staging The Nest offers customized accessory package options to help make the staging process stress-free!
- Additional Service Add-On Options: Need additional help with decluttering, hanging artwork, and more? We will customize a service for you based on your needs!
