Ashley Fuentes, CEO & Director of Operations

Hey y’all, my name is Ashley Fuentes, and I am the CEO & Director of Operations of Staging The Nest. I am a native Houstonian have lived all around the Houston area including West University, West Chase District, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Montgomery, and Conroe throughout my entire life (35+ years wink wink), so I am very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate happenings. I love the fast pace city, but I also love the laid back and relaxing lifestyle that the suburbs like The Woodlands and Montgomery have to offer.

Growing up in a family owned business, I experienced a lot from a young age. My parents started their bakery business when I was 5 years old and I learned how to bake & decorate cookies, create lobby displays, assist customers, use a cash register (what’s that haha), and so much more. I became the general manager over their 3 locations and oversaw the daily operations, hiring and training, payroll, etc. And after all this time, I still love all things sweet! In 2007, I started an event planning and productions company where I planned and designed hundreds of parties, weddings and corporate events. Then in 2015, I decided to venture into home staging to put my knowledge to work in the real estate industry helping homeowners, real estate agents, brokers, and investors prepare their properties for sale. I received my training and certification from Home Staging Resource and I participate in ongoing continuing education in Home Staging and Real Estate in order to provide our clients the best service. In 2016, I started Staging The Nest which has grown into a team of 7 employees along with our professional contractors, and we will be adding more to our team in 2023!

On a more personal note, I love all things design, travel, cars and sports! The beach is truly my happy place! I have a beautiful, spunky 10 year old daughter who keeps me quite busy with crafting, art class, horses, and sassy drama! Family is always my number one priority, so we love to take time every day to spend quality time together whether it’s during an afternoon walk, dinner, reading a book together, watching our favorite movies, going to the beach, or just relaxing.
